Rusks

 My sweet friend, Henda, who is Afrikaans invited our family to her home and taught me how to bake rusks (a dried bread that you eat for breakfast or teas time).  I tried many years ago to bake them and failed miserably as I had never baked anything like it before. We had such a fun day together and managed to make some cranberry/white chocolate chip rusks and honey/almond rusks
