Switzerland-Day 2

Switzerland Day 2-Lautterbrunnen, Staubbach Falls, Trummelbach Falls, Murren, Gimmelwald

I woke us this morning so excited to go explore more of what this beautiful country has to offer. 

We took the train to Lautterbrunnen (valley with so many beautiful waterfalls and mountains surrounding it). We first hiked Staubbach falls (walk behind the waterfall) and then hiked to Trümmelbach Falls which is a waterfall inside the mountain (take the elevator up as high as you can go and then hike all of the way down). At the base of Trummelbach falls we got a Coke (glass bottle) and strawberry dessert 😋 Hopped on a bus to Stechelberg and took the gondola to Gimmelwald and another gondola to Murren. Murren is super cute. It was a great hike back down from Murren to  Gimmelwald (amazing Mountain Views). We had hoped to hike Gimmelwald to Lautterbrunnen but weren’t able to so took the gondola from Gimmelwald back to Stechelberg and bus to Lautterbrunnen and train home.
