Senders Summit

 

We were so excited to attend a Senders Summit at the IMB headquarters in Richmond, VA. It was amazing to see so many churches gathered to try to develop a pipeline to send missionaries out in partnership with the IMB. There will be another one next year if you’re interested. 

The Senders Summit is for ministry leaders looking to start or enhance your efforts to prepare individuals and families for mid-term and long-term missions and ministry.

They had opportunities to do the following:

• Share the vision and details of your established missionary pipeline (sometimes called cohorts or residencies) with other ministry leaders.
• Network with other “pipeline-minded” ministry leaders and missionaries. 
• Attend informative and interactive sessions designed for multiple participants from the same ministry team. 
• Develop a game plan to develop believers for life-long service in their local context.
