Prior to Covid, I would volunteer at the government hospital with the kids who were hospitalized with cancer. There is an amazing program through Botswana Baylor that has transformed children’s lives by providing cancer treatment. Awareness is also being spread around the country so these cases can be caught sooner with a better chance at treating it.
They host a Remembrance Day each year to remember the kids who have passed away from cancer. I was so honored to join them this year for this special day ❤️
