Six years ago on June 8, 17 year old Sarah Harmening was on her way to Botswana to serve alongside of us. The bus she was traveling on to the airport crashed and Sarah lost her life. Her love for Jesus was amazing and each year we do a ‘Serve Like Sarah’ Day.
This year we worked around the church grounds, washed windows, and cleaned Sunday school rooms. The kids Sarah was coming to work with showed up in huge numbers to serve the Lord in honor of Sarah. So thankful for Sarah’s life spent devoted to serving the Lord.
